We are a corporate short-term rental provider, helping apartment buildings fill their vacancies and business travelers to enjoy hassle free stays. We partner with both residential and commercial landlords to fulfill their vacancy requirements. Our mission is to be the last tenant that you have and to provide relaxing accommodations for our guests.

Safety & Security
We screen every guest before they stay and take all preventative safety measures. Ring doorbell cameras are installed at the entrance to all of our units for 24/7 monitoring. We install noise detector devices in each unit which notifies our local team if the noise surpasses a certain decibel level. We also install smart locks on each door, a new code is generated for each guest and codes are deleted at checkout.

We pride ourselves on high quality service and only hire the best cleaners to clean our properties. Professional cleaning ensures that your property is always in perfect condition to sell and provides our guests with relaxing experiences.

We sign multi-year leases for 10-20 units at a time, saving you the problem of finding tenants for each vacant unit. If looking to sell your property, we can fill your vacant units to ensure the building has a higher Cap Rate.

We sign 2-3 year leases and strive to be the last tenant you ever have. Avoid deep cleaning units, listing fees, and vacancy.
